Yoel Lavian
Yoel brings 28 years of experience in the high-tech industry, specifically in remote people monitoring and presence & location verification technologies for the law enforcement, correction facilities, and security and elderly care markets. He has acquired his experience in senior VP positions in companies such as Attenti (acquired by 3M), Electronics Line 3000 (acquired by RISCO) and VCON (acquired by Emblaze).
Yoel holds B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.
Naftaly Sharir
Naftaly brings with him over 30 years of extensive business and technical experience in the DSP, Audio, Video, VLSI, Avionics and Residential Gateway markets. Naftaly has held several CEO & VP positions in companies such as IBM Research Labs where he led the multimedia group, VDOnet and Zapex Research as VP R&D, CEO of Emblaze Research Ltd. (now part of Zoran Mobile), CEO of Electronics-Line 3000 Ltd. and until recently as CEO of Advasense (acquired by Pixim and now operating as Pixim design center in Israel). Naftaly also serves as an Advisory Board Member at Japan21 and Alango.
Ronen Shraga
Ronen Shraga is the CTO of Vitalitix. Ronen is a pro-active technologies geek, with highest level of integrity and proven track record in execution of multidiscipline technology projects. Ronen is a results driven person with methodological approach toward achieving results and objectives with strong leadership and empowerment skills. In the last 10 years he has held senior positions in leading companies such as Dmatek which was later acquired by 3M. Prior to that, Ronen served as an air force aviator for over 10 years.
Amir Nathan
Amir is a serial business and social entrepreneur, with a proven track record of leading transformation initiatives, from inception to an impact execution, based on both social values and business acumen.
He was co-founder and GM at Value Makers, an organization focused on addressing social issues through sustainable social strategies and programs, Co-founder of CareGivers Israel, a non-for-profit organization was founded in order to protect the interests of Israeli caregivers while raising public awareness to this burning issue, founder of abiliko, a network of specialists and service providers addressing the needs of the disabled and their families; GM at Strive Israel, a program by The Joint Organization that brings chronically-unemployed people back into the workforce and co-founder and CEO at edologic, the leading company in Israel for online advertising; sold to the media giant “Publicis”.
Prof. Jacob Lomranz
Prof. Lomranz is a clinical psychologist and a globally recognized leader in the field of gerontology. He received his PhD in Clinical Psychology from Duke University in North Carolina.
Prof. Lomranz has served as President of the Israeli Gerontological Association and as its representative in the European Association of Gerontology.
He established the Unit of Adulthood and Aging in the Department of Psychology and in 1991, he founded Tel Aviv University’s Interdisciplinary Herczeg Research Institute of Aging, where he served as the institute’s first director.
Prof. Lomranz held a faculty position as a visiting professor in the Brookdale Institute on Aging at the City University of New York as well as at Boston University and the University of California at San Francisco.

Avner Mor
Avner Mor, previously a VP at Deutsche Telekom in Germany and the GM of Telecom Products at Microsoft Israel development Center, has 25 years experience in senior management positions with leading Israeli communications companies. Most recently Avner served at Comverse as the General Manager of the Handset Software division providing Value-Added-Services clients to operators and vendors. Prior to that he served as the CEO of AlphaCell Wireless, a provider of customized rich-media cellular handsets addressed to provide fully customized & segmented handset to mobile operators. Prior to AlphaCell he founded and served as the CEO of MAVIX Ltd., a start-up providing distributed management of digital video, voice and data over broadband IP networks.

Guri Stark
Guri is CEO of CorTechs Labs, a developer of innovative brain image analysis solutions. He is a seasoned leader in the high tech industry, with over 35 years of experience in managing small and large companies delivering cloud, web, mobile and desktop software technologies. Prior to joining CorTechs Labs, Guri was CEO of CloudShare, vice president and general manager with Autodesk, Inc. and vice president of marketing at Synopsys, a $1.5 billion software development leader, where he led world-wide corporate marketing and introduced web 2.0 into the marketing mix.
Guri holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from Technion, Israel University of Technology, Haifa and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
Prof. Uri Gneezy
Epstein/Atkinson Endowed Chair in Behavioral Economics, Professor of Economics & Strategy, Rady School of Management, UC San Diego.
As a researcher, Prof. Gneezy’s focus is on putting behavioral economics to work in the real world, where theory can meet application. Prof. Gneezy is looking for basic research as well as more applied approaches to such topics as incentives-based interventions to increase good habits and decrease bad ones, Pay-What-You-Want pricing, and the detrimental effects of small and large incentives. In addition to the traditional laboratory and field studies, he currently works with several firms, conducting experiments in which he is using basic findings from behavioral economics to help companies achieve their traditional goals in non-traditional ways.
Prof. Gneezy recently coauthored a book with John List (http://thewhyaxis.com/) in which they discuss field experiments that study how to implement behavioral economics insights in the “real world.”
